We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
